It is recognized the ROE, pursuant to the authority and responsibilities vested in it by the State of Illinois, must retain the right effectively to conduct a responsible and efficient school system for the CEO, which at all times recognizes as paramount the interests of the students, herein. No provision in the contract shall deprive any teacher of any rights under existing law.
