This Development Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into on , 2020, by and between the City of Walnut, a California municipal corporation (the “City”), and Spring Meadows Homes LLC, a California limited liability company, and Meadow Pass Estates, LLC, a California limited liability company. Spring Meadows Homes, LLC and Meadow Pass Estates, LLC, are referred to jointly within this Agreement as “Owner.” At times, the City and Owner are referred to jointly within this Agreement as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party.”
