Social Solutions provides comprehensive user and system support for all ETO software® clients within the client’s subscription fees. Provided by industry professionals, our team’s experience in the field of human services coupled with their extensive knowledge of the software allows them to provide timely and relevant support to all authorized users. Our goal is to keep customers happy and well educated about ETO software by responding quickly to phone calls and emails, providing thorough, friendly and accurate support, and by providing documentation and a knowledge base that will enable clients to address questions without having to contact Support directly. We are committed to helping users understand how to best utilize their system to maximize their organization’s outcome(s). Additional support packages are available for a fee that is in addition to the subscription fees, for clients who need advanced support options to match their unique business needs.
