This Agreement is for your Account with Commerce Bank, and the Card(s) which has/have been given to you in connection with your Account. Such Account and Card(s) provide you with credit card services and ATM Services. “You” and “your” mean any applicant for the Account and any person using the Account and/or related Card(s) with the expressed or implied permission of any of the applicants.
