This Agreement is made and entered into by and between the CITY OF WEST BEND, WISCONSIN, hereinafter referred to as the "Employer", and the WEST BEND POLICE SUPERVISORS' ASSOCIATION hereinafter referred to as the "Supervisors", on behalf of and covering only the employees in the rank of Sergeant, Technical Services Manager, Records Room Supervisor and above, excluding the Chief of Police, of the West Bend Police Department.
