In this Agreement the words“we,”“us” and“ours” means Firefly Federal Credit Union. The words“you” and“your” mean each and all of those who apply for a Visa Signature Credit Card Account. “Account” means your Visa Signature Credit Card Account with us. “Card” or “Cards” means the Visa Signature Credit Card and any duplicates and renewals we issue. Card or Cards also refers to any Convenience Check(s) or other credit devices issued to you in connection with your Account. “Convenience Check(s)” or “Check(s)” means the checks issued to you in connection with your Account. By keeping the Visa Signature Credit Card, signing it, using or permitting another to use it, you agree to all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
