For employees of the Minnesota State Academies who have been approved for teleworking, this agreement governs conditions for teleworking in accordance with MSA Policy 456.January 6th, 2023
Telework must be performed during the teleworker’s regularly scheduled hours –Teleworking outside their regularly scheduled working days/hours is generally prohibited. Exceptions must be approved by the teleworker’s supervisor in advance (i.e., minimal adjustments to the schedule if allowed by the employee’s bargaining contract).
