This Agreement entered into this 18th day of May, 2016 by and between the Town of Avon, Connecticut, hereinafter referred to as the Town, and Local #22, Connecticut Independent Labor Union, an employee organization as defined in Section 7-467 Connecticut General Statutes as amended, hereinafter referred to the Union.
