The Gooding Public Library District lends Wifi Hotspots to Gooding Public Library cardholders ages 18 and above with library cards in good standing (i.e. library card is not blocked due to unpaid fines or lost materials). A patron must present their government-issued photo identification to lend a hotspot device. At the time of check-out, the patron shall agree to abide by the following conditions.
