Hotspots can be checked out on an Adult Geauga County Public Library or Burton Public Library card with the restriction of one hotspot per household. Hotspots cannot be checked out to more than one person at the same address. Patrons may not check out any hotspot for 24 hours after they return one. Overdue hotspots will be deactivated within 24 hours of the due date. Hotspots may be returned to any Geauga branch but do not return the hotspot in the book drop.

Hotspots are filtered by default using T-Mobile’s content filtering for education. Hotspots automatically block the sites with inappropriate content such as hate speech, violence, hacking, illegal drugs, mature/explicit, spam and spyware.
