Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary wherever contained, the New York State Office of General Services and New York State Technology Enterprise Corporation, as parties to the above- referenced Centralized Contract, hereby amend the terms of Amendment #1 to Contract PN69178 (“Contract”), as follows:

THIS AGREEMENT (hereinafter “Centralized Contract”, “Agreement” or “Contract”) is made by and between the New York State Office of General Services (hereinafter “OGS” or “State”) with offices at the Corning Tower, Empire State Plaza, Albany, New York, and Microsoft Corporation (“Microsoft” or “Contractor”) with offices at 5246 Bay Center Drive, Suite 700, Tampa, FL 33609 for the provision of certain services. OGS and the Contractor are collectively referred to herein as “the Parties.” This Centralized Contract shall be referenced as PS67930.
