Rockefeller Empire State Plaza, Albany, New York 12242 (“OGS” or “State”), and Automotive Rentals Inc., DBA ARI, with offices at 4001 Leadenhall Road, Mt. Laurel, New Jersey 08054 (“Contractor”). The State and Contractor shall also be individually referred to as “Party” and collectively as “Parties”.
