This Agreement is made and entered into by and between the Board of Education, Calumet Public School District 132 hereinafter referred to as the “DISTRICT”, Cook Country, Illinois, hereinafter referred to as the “BOARD,” and the Calumet Education Association, IEA-NEA, hereinafter referred to as the “ASSOCIATION or CEA.” When used in this Agreement, the term “Superintendent” shall mean the Superintendent of Schools and/or his/her designee.
