My child and I have read and understand the DPL Sportsmanship Code for Parents, Players, Students and Spectators which the DPL and Immaculate Conception School functions. I agree to abide by all the regulations stated therein and to require my child(ren) to do the same. I understand such an agreement includes complying with standards of attitudes, social behavior, academic behavior and uniform requirements. I understand that Immaculate Conception School (and Principal) reserves the right to amend this Code of Conduct at any time. Parents will be given prompt notification if changes are made.
