Execution and delivery of original o f this contract and a 50% (non- refundable) deposit shall constitute an agreement to reserve space indicated below at the aforesaid rate, subject to the terms and conditions of this agreement. Full space rate due payable within 45 days of the show. NM Tax rates apply.
