This Agreement is entered into by the City of Ashland, Oregon, hereinafter referred to as the "City", and Oregon, Southern Idaho and Wyoming District Council of Laborers International Union of North America-, AFL-CIO, hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Union”. Unless indicated otherwise, references to the "City" herein shall include the Mayor and City Council or their designee(s) as the officials directly responsible for the operation of the department(s) covered by this Agreement. The purpose of this Agreement is to set forth the fall and complete Agreement between the parties on the matters pertaining to rates of pay, hours of work and other conditions of employment.
