on an interim basis to replace permanent Employees who are unable to work due to sickness or injury or who are on vacation or leave of absence and to augment the number of permanent staff to assist with a temporary or seasonal increase in workload. A C.M.H. may be employed for additional reasons, if the parties agree. There can be no more than thirty-six Custodial Maintenance Helpers at any one time, unless the parties agree.
