This Agreement shall be governed and constructed construed according to the constitution and laws of the State of Washington and the policies of the Woodland School District. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid by Supreme Court decision a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall become inoperative, but the remainder of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect for the duration of this Agreement.
