Only the area within the Musquodoboit Valley/ Dutch Settlement Plan Area (436 hectares [1078 acres]) is eligible for consideration of a mobile home park. This report speaks to the lands (subject site) within the Musquodoboit Valley/Dutch Settlement Plan Area as the Shubenacadie Lakes MPS does not permit mobile home parks by development agreement in this location. The subject lands will be subdivided prior to the development agreement being registered and coming into effect.
