Motorola Solutions, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Motorola Solutions” or “Seller”) having a place of business located at 7237 Church Ranch Blvd, Suite 406 Westminster, CO 80021 and City of North Las Vegas (“Customer”), having a place of business located at 2200 Civic Center Drive, North Las Vegas, NV 89030, enter into this Maintenance and Support Agreement (“Agreement”), pursuant to which Customer will purchase and Seller will sell the maintenance and support services as described below and in the attached exhibits. Seller and Customer may be referred to individually as “party” and collectively as “parties.”
