This Stock Options Trading Agreement is supplemental to the Client Agreement (the “Client Agreement”) entered into by China Industrial Securities International Brokerage Limited (“CISI”) and the person set out in the Application Form – Stock Options Trading Account(s) (the “Application Form”) for Existing Client annexed to this Stock Options Trading Agreement (“the Client”) whereby the Client is allowed to open Stock Options Trading Account(s) (the “Stock Options Account” ) for trading stock options on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (“SEHK” or the “Exchange”) and CISI agrees to provide Exchange Traded Options Business to the Client. Where any conflict arises between the Client Agreement and the provisions of this Stock Options Trading Agreement, the provisions of the latter shall prevail.
