This Stock Options Trading Agreement is supplemental to the client’s agreement (“Client Agreement”) entered into by Emperor Securities Limited (“ESL”) and the person set out in the account opening form annexed to this Stock Options Trading Agreement (“the Client”) whereby the Client is allowed to conduct Stock Options Trading on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (“Stock Options Account”) and ESL agrees to provide Exchange Traded Options Business to the Client. Where any conflict arises between the Client’s Agreement and the provisions of this Stock Options Trading Agreement, the provisions of the latter shall prevail.

This Stock Options Trading Agreement is supplemental to the Client Agreement (the “Client Agreement”) entered into by China Industrial Securities International Brokerage Limited (“CISI”) and the person set out in the Application Form – Stock Options Trading Account(s) (the “Application Form”) for Existing Client annexed to this Stock Options Trading Agreement (“the Client”) whereby the Client is allowed to open Stock Options Trading Account(s) (the “Stock Options Account” ) for trading stock options on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (“SEHK” or the “Exchange”) and CISI agrees to provide Exchange Traded Options Business to the Client. Where any conflict arises between the Client Agreement and the provisions of this Stock Options Trading Agreement, the provisions of the latter shall prevail.

This Stock Options Trading Agreement is supplemental to the client’s agreement (“Client Agreement”) entered into by Soochow Securities International Brokerage Limited (“SCSIB”) and the person set out in the account opening form annexed to this Stock Options Trading Agreement (“the Client”) whereby the Client is allowed to conduct Stock Options Trading (“Stock Options Account”) on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (“SEHK”) and SCSIB agrees to provide Exchange Traded Options Business to the Client. Where any conflict arises between the Client’s Agreement and the provisions of this Stock Options Trading Agreement, the provisions of the latter shall prevail.

The Stock Options Trading Agreement (the“Agreement”) is additional and supplemental to the Cash Client’s Agreement between CMB International Securities Limited (the “Company”or “CMBIS”) and the Client. All transactions effected, conducted, carried on and entered into by the Client with and through the Company or its agent for or on the Stock Options Account and the Exchange Traded Options Business (as defined below) to be provided by the Company to the Client shall be subject to the Agreement. By entering into any Stock Options Trading or related transactions, the Client agrees (or shall be deemed to have agreed) to the Agreement. Where any conflict or inconsistency arises between any provision of the Stock Options Trading Agreement and any provision of Cash Client’s Agreement, the Company has absolute discretion to determine which terms and conditions shall prevail.
