Pursuant to item #3 of the parties’ Side Letter of Agreement regarding Association President release time for 2016-2017 (copy attached hereto), the District and the UTSC agree to extend the Side Letter through the 2022-2023 school year, on the same terms and conditions as provided for in the 2016-2017 Side Letter. In addition to the terms and conditions listed, the Chapter President will work with administration and staff to support the implementation of the District’s Strategic vision, plan and goals.
