These MASTER SAAS SUBSCRIPTION TERMS (this “Agreement”) govern the access and use of software-based services and other services provided by PlagScan GmbH, a German limited liability company with offices located at Subbelrather Straße 15, 50823 Cologne, Germany (“PlagScan”). Unless otherwise agreed in writing, this Agreement will be incorporated into any Order Form executed or otherwise acknowledged by a customer named on such form (“Customer”).
