THIS AGREEMENT is entered into this 30th day of March, 2016, by and between Frontier, a Citizens Communications Company, Mohave County Operations, a Delaware corporation, and Citizens Utilities Rural Company, Inc., a Delaware corporation, its successors or assigns by consolidation, sale, merger, or transfer, hereinafter referred to as "Company", and Local Union 769, International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, affiliated with the AFL-CIO, hereinafter referred to as "Union".
