On September 24, 2021, the California Independent System Operator Corporation (CAISO) filed a Transferred Frequency Response Agreement (Agreement) between CAISO and the Bonneville Power Administration (Bonneville).1 The Agreement specifies the terms and conditions under which Bonneville will provide transferred frequency response to CAISO, and under which CAISO will compensate Bonneville.
