On September 22, 2021, California Independent System Operator Corporation (CAISO) submitted a Transferred Frequency Response Agreement (Agreement) between itself and the City of Seattle, by and through its City Light Department (City of Seattle).1 The Agreement specifies the terms and conditions under which City of Seattle will provide transferred frequency response to CAISO for the period from December 1, 2021 through November 30, 2022. Pursuant to authority delegated to the Director, Division of Electric Power Regulation – West, under 18 C.F.R. § 375.307 (2021), the submittal is accepted for filing, effective December 1, 2021, as requested.
