The Board hereby recognizes the Association as the exclusive and sole representative for collective negotiation concerning the terms and conditions of employment for all certified and non-certified personnel, full-time or part-time, as defined in Article XVII Teacher Employment, and as listed under Schedule A Teachers, Schedule A-1 Supplemental Teachers, Schedules A-2 to A-4 Job Titles, A-2 Administrative Assistants, A-3 Technical Assistants, A-4 Instructional Aides, Schedules A-5 to A-8 Job Titles, A-5 Custodian/Bus Drivers, A-6 Custodian/ Groundspersons, A-7 Custodian/Maintenance Persons, A-8 Security Aides, whether under contract, on leave, employed or hereafter employed by the Board, including:
