The buyer (“Buyer”) and TE Connectivity HK Limited or its affiliates and/or subsidiaries which sells the Buyer the goods (“Seller”) have reviewed and understood all clauses of this T&C, and are willing to be bound by such T&C. The T&C shall come into effect upon acceptance of relevant PO. Except as otherwise agreed in writing by Buyer and Seller, the following terms and conditions (“Agreement”) will apply to all orders received and all sales made by Seller.
