This Service Level Agreement (“SLA”) is incorporated by reference into the Agreement and defines the service levels that Wazuh will endeavor to provide for the maintenance and support of the Application (“Service”). Capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein have the meaning ascribed to them in the Agreement. Wazuh reserves the right to modify the scope of the maintenance and support of the Application; provided, however, Wazuh shall provide Customer wrien notice.
