This Agreement is entered into this 1st day of October, 2022, by and between the City of Coconut Creek, Florida, hereinafter referred to as the "City" and the Broward County Police Benevolent Association, hereinafter referred to as the "PBA" or “Union.” It is the purpose of this Agreement to establish an orderly and peaceful procedure for the settlement of differences that might arise between the parties and to conclude collective bargaining in the determination of wages, hours, and other conditions of employment.
