2004, by and between the Borough of Wanaque, in the County of Passaic, a municipal corporation of the State of New Jersey (hereinafter referred to as the “Borough”) and the Fraternal Order of Police - Wanaque Police Lodge #145 (hereinafter referred to as the F.O.P.), represents the complete and final understanding on all bargainable issues between the Borough and the F.O.P. and is designed to maintain and promote a harmonious relationship between the Borough and such of its employees who are covered by Article I, Recognition, in order that more efficient and progressive public service may be rendered.
