THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this the 8th_day of March, 2017 by and between GKN Sinter Metals – St. Thomas Ltd., of St. Thomas, Ontario, hereinafter called the “Company” and The International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers, Local Lodge No., 1975 which represents under this Agreement, office, clerical and technical employees at the company’s St. Thomas manufacturing facility, hereinafter called the “Union”.
