This Agreement is made and shall be considered effective as of October 1, 2021, by and between Parry Center for Children located at 3415 S.E. Powell Blvd., Portland, OR 97202 (hereinafter called the “Employer”) and SEIU Local 503, Oregon Public Employees Union with its offices at 1730 Commercial St., S.E., Salem, OR 97309 (hereinafter referred to as the “Union”), acting herein on behalf of the Employees of said Employer as hereinafter defined, now employed and hereinafter to be employed and collectively designated as the “Employees”.
