This AGREEMENT is made and entered into the day of July 2, 2023, by and between Lake County Board of Commissioners, hereinafter referred to as the EMPLOYER, and Lake County Sheriff’s Detention Officers, Local #2744, which is an affiliate of Montana State Council No. 9 of the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, AFL/CIO, acting by and through its duly qualified officers and representatives, all of which are hereinafter called the UNION.
