In accordance with the National Aeronautics and Space Act (51 U.S.C. § 20113(e)), this Agreement is entered into by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration Ames Research Center, located at Moffett Field, California 94035 (hereinafter referred to as "NASA" or "NASA ARC") and TSC, LLC is located at 16555 Spaceship Landing Way, Mojave, California 93501-1534 (hereinafter referred to as "Partner" or "TSC"). NASA and Partner may be individually referred to as a "Party" and collectively referred to as the "Parties."
