The general purpose of this Agreement is to recognize that it is in the mutual interests of the Company, the Union and the employees, to provide for economy of operation, optimum quality and quantity of output and to establish and maintain a satisfactory procedure to cover the settlement of differences arising out of this Contract, and to set forth those working conditions that have been negotiated.
