THIS WORK ORDER (“WO”) dated the day of , 20 , is attached to and made a part of that certain Master Marketing Agreement dated (the “Marketing Agreement”), by and between GroupM Worldwide, Inc (d/b/a Modi Media), a Delaware corporation (“Agency”), and Murphy’s Marketing Services, Inc., a Florida corporation (“Company”). All defined terms used herein shall have the meaning ascribed to such terms as set forth in the Marketing Agreement unless otherwise defined herein.
