AGREEMENT BETWEENSchool Employees • July 25th, 2014
This Agreement entered into by and between the School Committee of the City of Northampton, Massachusetts, hereinafter referred to as the Committee, and the Northampton Public Schools Custodians’ Association, hereinafter referred to as the Association, has as its purpose the promotion of an equitable and peaceful procedure for the resolution of differences arising between them concerning the terms of this agreement, and to set forth herein the basic agreement covering rates of pay, hours of work, and other conditions of employment to be observed by the parties.
