This Project Labor Agreement pertains to construction of Phase I of the State Center Community College District West Fresno Campus (Project), and shall be effective upon adoption by the Board of Trustees of the State Center Community College District (SCCCD) and execution by the Fresno, Madera, Tulare, Kings Building and Construction Trades Council and all of its affiliate signatory craft councils and unions listed on the signature page hereto.
