THIS AGREEMENT is entered into by and between Pasco County Board of County Commissioners, hereinafter, referred to as the “County” or “Employer”; and the West Central Florida Police Benevolent Association, Incorporated (Detention) (herein, PBA). The term “BOCC", as used in this Agreement, shall also mean the Board of County Commissioners and the term "Corrections Officer" or "Officers" means a full-time permanent employee(s) in the bargaining unit, refers to Lieutenants. The Agreement will apply to those Officers employed in positions included in the Public Employees Relations Commission (herein, PERC) Certification Number 1716. All references in this agreement to "Corrections Officer" or "Officers" in the masculine will be understood to mean both male and female Officers. There shall be no individual arrangement contrary to the terms provided herein.

There shall be no individual arrangement contrary to the terms provided herein.
