WHEREAS, the TxDOT proposes to construct a project identified as (the “Project”) and classified as either Interstate, Toll or Traditional (meaning eligibility based on existing compensable interest in the land occupied by the facility to be relocated within the proposed highway right of way limits) as indicated below (check one box). Reimbursement will be authorized by the type of project selected below in conformance with Transportation Code 203.092.
