This Service Level Agreement (“SLA”) is a policy governing the use of the El Roboto’s Website Management System (“Capitan CMS”) and El Roboto’s Hosting Services (“El Roboto Hosting”) under the terms of the “SaaS Terms and conditions” and “Terms and conditions for goods and services” between El Roboto Ltd (“El Roboto”). and users of El Roboto’s services (“you”). Unless otherwise provided herein, this SLA is subject to the terms of the “SaaS Terms and conditions” and “Terms and conditions for goods and services” and capitalised terms will have the meaning specified in the “SaaS Terms and conditions” and “Terms and conditions for goods and services”. We reserve the right to change the terms of this SLA in accordance with the “SaaS Terms and conditions” and “Terms and conditions for goods and services”.
