Preamble Board of Directors, and the Hood Canal Education Association. Hereinafter, the Hood Canal School District shall be referred to as “the District.” The Board of Directors shall be referred to as “the Board,” and the Hood Canal Education Association as “the Association.” The District, Board and Association shall collectively be referred to as “the Parties.”
