We have entered into an Exchange Agreement, dated as of November 24, 2008, with AmeriCredit Corp., a Texas corporation (the “Company”), to acquire shares of common stock, $.01 par value per share (the “Common Stock”), of the Company (the “Exchange Agreement”).
