Agreement entered into this 7th day of July 2004 between CAMCO INC AND THE UNITED STEELWORKERS OF AMERICA AFL-CIO and its appropriate local. As used in this agreement the word "Company" means CAMCO INC, and the word "Union" means the UNITED STEELWORKERS OF AMERICA AFL-CIO. The appropriate local and the word "employee" means those employees in the appropriate bargaining unit.
