This letter (the “Engagement Letter”) confirms the understanding (the “Engagement”) between Path Investments PLC on behalf of itself and all of its subsidiaries, connected parties and affiliates (the “Company”) and Monecor (London) Ltd trading as ETX Capital (“ETX Capital”) (together the “Parties”), pursuant to which ETX Capital is retained as to assume the duties of Broker to the Company.
