I, (“Employee”), have read Policy 2.15 Telecommuting and the Telecommuting Agreement (“Agreement”) in their entirety and I agree to abide by the terms and conditions they contain. I understand and agree that the Agreement is contingent upon General Manager approval. Approval does not imply entitlement to a permanently modified position or telecommute arrangement.
