(“CARRIER”), hereinafter referred to collectively as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party”, executed January 26, 2010 and shall apply in the State(s) of Alabama, Arkansas, California, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas and Wisconsin.
