This Amendment (the “Amendment”) amends the Local Wholesale Complete Commercial Agreement (LWC) by and between AT&T-22STATE and tw telecom of alabama llc, tw telecom of kentucky llc, tw telecom of louisiana llc, tw telecom of mississippi llc, tw telecom of florida l.p., tw telecom of georgia l.p., tw telecom of north carolina l.p., tw telecom of south carolina llc, and tw telecom of tennessee llc (“CARRIER”), hereinafter referred to collectively as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party”, executed April 16, 2010 and shall apply in the State(s) of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee.

(“PAETEC”) effective as of August 15, 2009 (the “Agreement”). AT&T-22STATE and PAETEC are hereinafter referred to collectively as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party”.
